MCC Comp Plan Letter - Phase 2
MCC recently submitted a letter to the City of Seattle providing feedback on the proposed Comprehensive Plan Phase 2 “Centers and Corridors” legislation. While supporting the overall goals of the plan, the letter recommends adjustments to some proposed zoning transitions to better reflect conditions at the edges of Magnolia’s residential areas.
