Public Comment Link for Proposed One Seattle Zoning Changes & Next Steps

The Office of Planning & Development will be taking public comment on the draft maps for zoning changes and proposal to update Neighborhood Residential zoning. Here is the link to provide comments, the deadline is 12/20/24.

Upcoming Meetings and Action Items:

• MCC is drafting a response to the proposed changes and anticipate sharing the final version the first week of December.

• MCC and the Magnolia Chamber have requested a ‘hands on’ working session with the OPDC for January (date pending)

• 12/4 MCC Meeting with CM Bob Kettle’s Office

• 12/10, 5:30 - 7:30 PM: District 7 Information Session at Seattle Center Exhibition Hall (301 Mercer St, Seattle, WA 98109)

• Sign up for Virtual Office Hours with OPCD. This will provide an opportunity for individuals to talk directly with OPCD staff to ask specific questions on the proposed Zoning Update.
