For the first time in more than a decade, King County voters will elect a new Assessor. Join us for a community conversation about how property is valued, fairness and transparency in the assessment process, property tax relief programs, and each candidate's priorities for the office.

The Assessor determines the value of property for tax purposes. The office does not set tax rates.
